Hello everyone! My name is Marceles Treviño, and I am thrilled to be joining (HS)2 this year. Originally from various parts of the Bay area, I have spent most of my life in Oakland, California. I graduated from UC Riverside in 2020 with a degree in sociology. Over the past three years, I have been working as a social worker, primarily assisting individuals with complex health conditions who were either unhoused or facing challenges in maintaining their housing. However, this year, I felt a strong calling to shift my focus toward building relationships and supporting the youth in my extended community. When I’m not working, I enjoy engaging in various activities. Soccer, chess, reading, and practicing jiu-jitsu are among my passions. I am genuinely excited about the opportunity to meet each and every one of you this summer. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
