Originally from the great state of Maine, Aaron has been a high school math teacher for the past 17 years and currently teaches AP Calculus BC, Statistics, and Accelerated Precalculus at Noble and Greenough School in Dedham, Massachusetts. He is dedicated to a student-centered approach to teaching and learning and is constantly exploring new ways to bring innovation into the classroom. In addition to his time in the northeast, Aaron spent 4 years living and working in the mountains of Idaho where he developed a fondness for outdoor adventures in the American West. While working at Sun Valley Community School he led numerous backcountry trips in various parts of the Pacific Northwest and coached cross-country skiing with Sun Valley Ski Education Foundation. When he’s not working, he enjoys trail running, mountain biking, skiing of all forms, backpacking, and overlanding. Aaron currently lives in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood of Boston and enjoys taking advantage of everything the city has to offer.
