Lily grew up in Estes Park, CO and relocated to the Roaring Fork Valley after living in Fort Collins. She attended Colorado State University for both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees. Lily received her M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy and currently works as a therapist in the valley. Lily believes deeply in relational work and meeting people where they are at to provide support. Outside of work you can often find her running, walking with her dog Nokhu, and spending time with her husband.
